About this place
Minto Hall is a magnificent heritage building constructed in 1909 during the reign of Nawab Sultan Jahan Begum, designed to commemorate the visit of Lord Minto, Viceroy of India. An outstanding example of Indo-Saracenic architecture combining Mughal, Hindu and European Gothic elements. Today it functions as a government assembly and conference hall.
