My event pass QR code isn’t showing. What should I do?
Open your dashboard under “My Active Event Passes”. If the QR still doesn’t load, refresh the page or sign out and back in. Passes are also emailed to you — check spam. Still stuck? Send an enquiry with subject “Event ticket / pass issue”.
How do I list my business in the directory?
Create a free account, switch to the Partner portal, and submit your business details. Our team verifies new listings within 1–2 working days before they go live with a verified badge.
Is Bhopal.info an official government website?
No. Bhopal.info is an independent, privately operated hyperlocal platform. We are not affiliated with any government department or municipal corporation. For official civic services, please use the relevant government portals directly.
How do I edit or remove a listing I submitted?
Sign in and open the Partner portal — you can edit details, hours and photos any time. To remove a listing, use the “Archive” action or contact support with the listing name.
A business sent me an unwanted call after I enquired. Can you help?
We’re sorry to hear that. Report it through an enquiry with the business name and date — repeated misuse of contact details leads to listing suspension. You can also disable lead-sharing in your profile’s alert settings.
How is my personal data used?
We only share your contact details with a business when you explicitly send them an enquiry or lead. We never sell data. You control marketing alerts from your profile’s notification settings.
