A technical issue in one of the lifts at the Bhopal Municipal Corporation (BMC) headquarters left five people trapped for nearly 30 minutes on Wednesday.
Eyewitnesses claimed that officials were informed about the situation but took some time to arrive, prompting concerns among the trapped individuals. According to reports, the health of one ministry employee began to deteriorate during the incident, causing worry among the others.
Fortunately, a technical team eventually arrived and managed to open the lift doors, freeing the trapped individuals. The cause of the lift malfunction is currently under investigation.
