3. User conduct

Users must not post false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content. Spam, duplicate listings, and fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension. Verified identity is required for all transactional modules including real estate listings, jobs, and classified advertisements.

You must not use the platform to impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim affiliation with any business, government body, or organisation.

The platform does not verify the accuracy, completeness, or legality of all user-submitted information and makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the same. Users are advised to independently verify information before acting upon it.

The platform reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our content policy, is reported as fraudulent, or poses a risk to users — without prior notice or liability.

We are not a party to, and accept no liability for, any transaction, dispute, agreement, or outcome arising from interactions between users, or between users and businesses listed on the platform. This includes but is not limited to property transactions, employment engagements, commercial dealings, or service agreements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000 — whichever is lower.
